Hi,

Today I just received the signed reference letter from my past employer. In the document checklist, it is mentioned that:

Letters must be:

- show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, email and website addresses.

On the signed reference letter, there is no information about the company's full address, fax number, and website. However, my past boss did put his name, title, company name, direct phone number and email.

I don't know if I am being over-cautious. Do you think the lacking the full address, fax number, and website is OK? The company is publicly traded in the US and can be easily found on google by its name.

By the way, the letter is printed on a company letter head. The company letter head just doesn't have the address, fax, and website.
