Dear Friends,
As per the form IMM5612 an FSW applicant is required to submit experience letter in following format:
Following information should be written on Company Letter head
Signed by Supervisor/officer
show company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, email and website addresses
stamped with company's official seal.(if applicable)
Info in letter:
a) period of employment
b) position held during employment and time you spent in each position
c) your main responsibilities & duties in each position
d) your total annual salary plus benefits in each position
e) the number of hours worked in each position
Normally most of the things are written in offer letter & relieving letter but normally roles and responsibilities are not mentioned explicitly in any of these documents received from the company. Can we submit the details of roles and responsibilities on a stamp paper & get it notarized? Is it acceptable? If yes, then can any one share the format of content that one needs to have printed on Stamp paper?
Thanks in advance for your help.
