Hi

You are not conjugal. Have you lived together continuously for at least a year?

A common-law partner is a person who isn’t legally married to you, can be either sex, is 18 or older, has been living with you for at least 12 consecutive months, meaning; you’ve been living together continuously for one year, without any long periods apart.

A conjugal partner is a person who is living outside Canada, in a conjugal relationship with the sponsor for at least one year, and could not live with the sponsor as a couple because of reasons beyond their control (e.g. immigration barrier, religious reasons or sexual orientation).

Yes before i started working abroad we lived more than a year after that were in long distance relationship because i work abroad and hes the one taking care our son but in 2015 he work in Dubai

So if i apply him as comonlaw partner what are the requirements or proof to show

You will need to show evidence that you lived together for 12 continuous months. So you'll need things like a shared rental/lease agreement covering that time, mail delivered to both of you at the shared address, joint financial or other accounts that show your shared address, declarations from landlord, neighbours, family, friends etc that state they were aware you were living together, and basically anything else you can think of.

If it's been a long time since you've lived together so have limited proofs and a long time now of a long-distance relationship, common-law may be difficult to get accepted. It will be easier if you're married.
