Try to get CLB 10 for R and L, you Speaking is already CLB 10 so thats good. Writing is the most difficult (for me). But even 0.5 more can get you more points

i think that would take 3 years for processing if you are inland, which is inefficiency compared to express entry haha

how do you explain to the government that it's not mandatory, but really it's mandatory. I feel like the more you explain, the more concern you raise.

That's why I wonder if there's any Chinese applicant who actually has gone through the process and share what they did.

Im from PRC. It is not coercive and the way to decide the member of the league is a test. Everyone think to be a member is glorious.
