When applied for parents visitor visa , status mentioned as single instead of common law , can it be corrected now or no , wasnt sure about common law status

You have no choice but to contact IRCC (maybe via a Web Form) to correct the error. Misrepresentation is NEVER a good thing when dealing with IRCC...even though you didn't know.

Is that a misrepresentation too although I was not the main applicant and it had no material impact for parents visitor visa application ?

I have no issue in correcting it

Actually , it was not a year since being in relationship , so it guess its all good
