You previously mentioned that you live in separate provinces. Just double-checking that you lived together for one continuous year and have the proof to back that up like a lease with both your names, filing taxes as common law, proof of utilities with the date, your names and address starting at the beginning of the common law period and throughout the year, etc. Are you now living in the same place? Important if you want to apply inland. Were you sponsored by your previous spouse?

Yes I was and that was more than 5 years ago
