Oh ok that is nice.

Worried as I am extending for the third time without having my PR sent (they other 2 were for 6 months each).
If I mention to them I am sending it two weeks after the extension is sent, I think they will understand though. I am asking for a year this time for the PR wait to go through.

Okay. I just applied March 10 for a March 23 expiry. I wouldn't worry about not submitting the full 30 days before. I was approved in probably 30 days or so. It was really fast..

If you've not yet applied for PR, you should at least pay your fees and send that with your application. I applied for 2 extensions, both for a year, and have been approved both times. We paid for PR application upfront to send it with our extension app to ensure they know we were serious.

Also! Use the same UCI! They will literally be able to look through your other applications and see that you're just following the rules and shouldn't give you too hard for time.

Make sure that you can provide for yourself / or with the help of your spouse.

I see, are you able to pay fees a few weeks prior to sending the pr application?

I don't know if that will make a big difference, as they can see in my past extensions I was extending to get Common Law. I suppose just a little extra evidence that we are serious

Actually if it is acceptable, I'll pay my fees a little early, and submit my visitor extension 2 weeks before expiry if this is viable, it is ok to pay the PR fees a week or two before submitting correct?

Is it acceptable to pay your PR fees early? (1 week prior to submitting app)

So I can submit my extension with PR payment proof.

Yes pay them. Definitely.

I was refused visitor extension once. Dont really know why. Then applied for restoration when pr app was in and it then got approved.
