Hi all,
I have a question about a form in the application package.

First of all, can someone confirm that this is the right application package for outland spousal sponsoraship?

In the IMM0008, in the Dependant's section it clearly says: "You must list all family members"
Do I have to list all my family members which are depedants? Or any of my family members (including mother, father etc. which do not depend on me)?

Hi friend

My case is different than yours because my spouse who is the principal applicant does not have any dependents .
if you are the applicant then you must list only the right dependents. these could be your children but not your parents (If anyone knows otherwise please correct me)

That confused me as well - but I was informed that you only have to list your Spouse and anyone else you plan on having along in the sponsorship. If you or your spouse have no children, then you don't have to name anyone else.

Exactly as MissD is saying
Only if you do have dependents. If you don't then go to the form where the section of dependents is click the REMOVEdependents
If you do have just promptly list them there
