well for the last 12 months no, we lived togheter only 6 months (no contracts togheter or bank account togheter), but we are togheter almost 2 years and we travel a lots togheter since we meet. It is possible to prove the relation sending immigration some quality data, emails, chat logs, phone records, photos, letters and other material to prove to them that your relationship is the real thing. Did you live together 12 consecutive months at any time during your 2 year relationship? This is an absolute requirement, and there is no leeway around this rule. You could be dating together for over 10 years, but if you have not satisfied the 12 months continuous cohabitation rule... you do not qualify under common-law.
So you need to either wait until you've lived together 12 continuous months, or until you're married. Don't try to apply any earlier or you'll be rejected.
