Hi,

I have two questions about this form.
On section 14 of the generic application form, if my partner has more than one ex-wife or former common-law partner, how should I record their information as there is only room on the form for one?

Additionally, on the guide for section 14, it asks you to provide dates for which you were in a relationship with your previous spouse/common-law partner. Should we enter the date they were married to when they were divorced? When they met to when they were divorced or should it end when they separated but were not yet legally divorced?

Sorry one last one, we are filling out the pdf forms electronically. Based on our answers there are certain sections that we are unable to respond to. I can see that they don't apply to us. Is it alright to skip these? I don't have to enter N/A? I just want to get this right the first time around.

Thanks for your help!

If the form gets greyed out in certain sections you don't have to fill it out or write N/A.

Attach a second sheet of paper for the second relationship and label it at the top with the form number and the PA's name and DOB. I would write when they were married to when they were divorced. You can always add some extra explanation if you need to make something clearer.
