I'm not going to move to Canada until the beginning of 2013 anyway. We're going to visit each other as much as we can this year. All my holidays with work i'll spend with her. In THAT time, if we start building a "marriage-like" case, without the "living together" (due to circumstances) plus the one year work visa i'll have (so we could be conjugal for ALMOST two years, and one month off common law) - i think i have a pretty tight case, reading their op02 guidance anyway...
