Hi,
I have a situation going on and recently my restoration got refused and i was asked to leave canada.
I have my boyfriend here who has pgwp and Is there a way where I can apply a dependent visa either by common law or getting married, we are scared to get separated.
If I go back to my country then what are my chances when I apply depandant visa, Am I never allowed back, should we be separated, is there anyway where we could stay together.
we are living together since 2 years and are ready to get married too. we are in relationship since 7 years. Please advise and understand the situation.

You need to post your question to the International Students or Foreign Workers section of the forum.

Since restoration has been refused, you have no choice but to leave Canada. It's not possible for you to fix your status from within Canada. I would leave Canada as soon as possible. The longer you remain out of status, the more difficult it will be for you to return.

Once you have returned to your home country you can apply for an OWP based on being in a common law relationship.
