Coming to Canada on Visitor VISA after getting PPR

Hi Everyone,

I need your suggestions.
If someone has applied for PR and is in India then he can take care of all the requests like MR, RPRF and Biodata from there itself.
But after getting PPR he might have to travel to Canada to get the VISA stamping done.

So my question is:
Can someone come to Canada as Visitor after getting PPR and send the passport for PR Visa stamping after reaching Canada?
And while he is on Visitor VISA, will he be able to Land in Canada after getting CoRP and PR VISA stamped on passport by going to US border?

Please clarify these two points.

So i think if someone is in India (or any other country) while his PR is getting process it should not be that big a problem.
One can always carry out other things from India and after getting PPR it is almost certain that you will get PR.

So you can come as Visitor, get your Stamping done, go to the US border, complete landing formalities and enter the country as PR.

Correct me if i am wrong.
