Come To Canada tool always says profile ineligible :(

Hey guys, I am making a new profile. Initially I went through the CTC tool and selected IELTS english and entered my scores of each section.
But when I try to fill the main profile, there if I choose just english and select "NO" for French skill, it doesnt show any bands(see below pic). If I select the french skill also ,then it asks for its score...Is this normal? I dont think so. This may be the reason for me profile becoming ineligible.

Please guide me as I am stuck at this stage for 2 weeks

Just complete it as you see it, when you move to the next page then you'll see where it asks for a band. Just complete it as you see it, don't bother yourself about what it is or isn't asking you for.

If i just choose English and click next it is not asking for scores at all!!
Also it says " form completeness". I tried with firefox and IE browsers

Known technical issue. Select French and input the IELTS scores. CIC will either sort it out later or you can explain this later in the process.

Sh*t ...such a major glitch!!! So almost all of the ppl here faced the same issue??? For now let me also mention French also and enter scores, hopefully they wont reject me in future cos of this!

Finally my profile met the minimum criteria . Next step is job bank registration.
I have got 406 score, is this Good...bad...? any inputs?

It's okay but don't think you'll be receiving any ITA soon. Try improving your IELTS to improve your score.

First of all a big thank you to you for helping me out.
True ... But I already have 111 in IELTS. Even If i top ielts I can come upto 432. The only option left is to find a job through job bank.

Any experience gained outside Canada under NOC 0/A/B is considered foreign work experience.

Another thing I noticed is, Come To Canada tool always tells my profile is eligible.

Married , 28 years old
4 years of work experience

Ielts (one month old) : Listening : 9 Reading : 9 Speaking : 7.5 Writing : 6.5

Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering : ECA done from WES ( today)

Wife Ielts : Listening : 8 Reading : 9 Speaking : 7.5 Writing : 7

enough funds >>>> I have input CND 20,000

I am stuck, dont know what might be wrong, so please guide me. Your help is much appreciated.
