Hello Vince,
i started thread for my problem but seems like nobody has any idea about it, theres no response so i am asking you as my last hope. i manage to find a employer from Saskatchewan. he is offering me position as a store manager. he doesnt know what steps to take for an official job offer. does he need Labor market opinion (LMO)? for me to apply under SINP- Skilled worker? i read it somewhere here that employer doesnt need LMO if we are appying under SINP-skilled worker. so what steps does he need to take please advice me as soon as possible. coz if this route doesnt work out, i may have to try federal one, and it has a cap of 1000 applicant so i have to make decision quick. thanks

You don,t need an LMO to apply under SINP Skilled Worker Category

Thanks Hope and SK,
for your reply, could you please tell me like how long does it take to HRSDC approval for AEO? and once i get AEO should i apply for SINP or directly apply for FSW? your input will be really helpful. thanks

Hello vince,

My profile is as follows....I hav done B.E IN ELECTRICAL ENGG........ working in power substation as Jr. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER with 7 yrs of experience in maintenance ,distribution n transmission department .i m also having hard time regarding my immigration...i applied under the FSW category way back in 2007 n since then i only got my file no, n still waiting for their ( CHC) decision. Current rules too do not favour me .I read ur post n found it interesting...NOW to apply under SINP one needs a JOB OFFER. so from my profile how much chances do i hav for getting a JOB OFFER in that province?? is it easy??

for the CAD10K proof of funds, does SINP require proof already upon application for nomination?

yes you require fun, may be more than 10K, in SINP, to score the 35 point. remember for SINP u need to score 35 points and they give point for showing fund.

Thanx for giving me new hope about sinp, please let me know how can i get a job offer as am living in pakistan.

Hello,, needs some help here please.

Me and my Boyfriend has an Approved SINP Nomination. We received it September 30, Him as the principal applicant and me as the accompanying Common Law Partner, then we applied for our Work Permits through paper application. December 14, my application for Open Work Permit was being returned and asking for more documents, while His application for Work Permit has no approval yet ( still waiting).

When i checked the online application (which I just learned recently), it is much simple than the paper application.

My question is:

1. Do I need to wait until His Work Permit approve before i reapply my application through online?
2. Do i need to repay all the fee when i reapply?
3. Will this delay our application for our Permanent Residency application?

Thank You so much for the help
