Use that link, and take a screenshot, then have it legalized with the Colombian consulate wherever you are, then have it translated to English or French. If you can get the link to retrieve your information, that will do it, that is good. That is the only way you can do it to get a police certificate from Colombia. If you go to a consulate, they can get it for you as well, but all they'll do is take a screenshot of that website after putting your info there and then legalize the document.

Ukraine
I've ordered and already paid and now waiting my PCC by FexEx with Ukrainian attorney ( in Kiev) - Kirill Barashkov. The link below is in Russian, but he will reply in English.
https://1-2-get.org/
PCC description is in Russian - "Получение справки о несудимости с апостилем - 49 €."
I've emailed the photocopy of travel passport, he emailed me the PCC certificate (PDF) for review after 3-4 days, I've sent the payment to him by WU, provided my mailing address and now waiting for the actual (physical ) document with English translation.

Hi Juliana , I just wanted to check few things here
first I have stayed in Colombia for 5 months and 27 days so do I still need PCC for Colombia.
Second As per the information from CIC the PCC is not required at the time of filing the application. Then need some IRCC approval.
Third : The above mentioned process. Has anyone tried the mentioned process and was there any negative result.

As of this morning I've had a phone conversation with attorney in Kiev, Ukraine, he just clarified my mailing address to send original of PCC (Ukraine) along with certified translation in English.

You will have to wait for CIC to tell you specifically that they need the PCC for Colombia. Or your VO will do that. In that case, do what I've told you to do, that is how the consulates and embassies of Colombia issue the police certificate. They just use that link and legalize/notarize it. If they ask you for it, just call an embassy or consulate in the country you are, and they will tell you what to do.

Hi Juliana, Thanks for the information I will try to connect with Colombian embassy in new delhi to get more insight but I have one question does this process is accepted by CIC or they need the PCC as per the process they have mentioned in their website. Did you tried this process and got the positive result from CIC

This is how they issue the police certificate OUTSIDE of Colombia, even the consulates and embassy of Colombia to Canada do it this way, and they are still accepted by CIC, and they have to accept it. Someone from outside of Colombia did it this way a few months ago, and it worked well for them. Unless you want to fly to Colombia to get the PCC there in person, again, do what I'm telling you to do. Have a good day
