Closed work permit refused !!!

Hello
Recently i applied for closed work permit extension as i had sinp nomination already .But I got refusal letter saying that I didn't provide offer of employement and didn't pay compliance fee .But my employer did everything he provided me employement number as well and i attached reciept of compliance fee as well .I don't know what exactaly happened .And my status expired on 15 june .Can i go for consideration of my application .plz help if someone knows about it
