I have a BC PNP nominee letter + Work permit support letter

If i apply for a work permit extension through this letter the cic ask me for this document

* IMM5802 Offer of the Employment to a Foreign National LMIA Exempt (required)
* Employer Payment Receipt (required)

my question is that i have bcpnp work permit support letter, but cic want me to upload IMM5802 Offer of the Employment to a Foreign National LMIA Exempt (required) form, what i enter on this form i dont have LMIA, i have PNP approval letter
