Clearances Done - Oath Timeline?

Hi everyone;

I FINALLY got an amazing call centre agent last Monday to answer some of my questions. We took (and passed) our exam and interview in February then got a FP request for my wife. We submitted it (and of course it's clear) and have been waiting ever since for DM. I called a month ago and was told that there are 3 clearances that happen (Criminal, Prohibition, and Security). At that point they were waiting for a couple of them to clear. When I called on Monday the lady said that all clearances have now been completed and everything looks great and now we wait for Ottawa office to schedule oath. Questions:
1. My eCAS still says In Progress. Shouldn't be DM at this point?
2. How long does it take from all clearances done to DM?
3. Anyone have any experience with Ottawa office in terms of DM to Oath timeline?

We are in the exact same position. in fact, my application went to DM and turned back to in process, because (according to the agent) they had to redo the security checks as they had expired). ANy how, ottawa seems very slow. Please let me know how yours goes.

My timeline is as follows:

Application Sent: November 30th, 2016
Application Received by CIC: December 2nd, 2016
AOR: December 30th, 2016
In Process: January 17th, 2017
Test Invitation: January 30th, 2017
Test Date: February 20th, 2017
Fingerprint Request (for wife): February 20th, 2017

Have been In Process ever since. We were going really fast and then everything slowed down like crazy.

So I called again today and she said that all clearances except Prohibition is done so they are still waiting for that. The wait is super annoying especially that neither my wife nor I have ever had any record, not even a speeding ticket! Oh well, I guess it's just a waiting game. Does anyone have any idea how long Prohibition takes to clear?

Hopefully there will be some movement for all of us soon. My application was insanely quick AOR to Test date in less than 2 months, but my file is still in process since then.

Edit - Interview officer told me everything had cleared except my security clearance. If I remember correctly, he said to expect an oath invitation 1-3 months from the test

I remember you from the other form. we almost have the same issue. my wife passed her exam in Ottawa early march and still waiting for DM. nothing shows. but had some good news from a nice call center agent, we didnt get any feedback from them anytime we call, except to wait.
My wife got her FP request before the test and it was done and result ok, but I guess all those additional clearances that are holding the application. we tried the ATIP and it seems they requested a security clearance. we asked for help from our MP but no luck, he said there is nothing he can do until the application process is more than 1 year.
I was wondering what does prohibition clearance mean? what do they actually look for and how its different from security and criminal?

Scroll down until you get to the prohibitions section. It is part of the security clearances. But apparently takes a long time in some cases.
