CLB 9 and Above; Skill Transferability (Education and Foreign Experience)

It may be true but it doesn't state anything like that http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
It talks only about the Foreign Work Experience + a criteria of CLB 9 or more. There is a separate section for Education

Foreign work experience – With good official language proficiency (Canadian Language Benchmark Level [CLB] 7 or higher)
Years of experience Points for foreign work experience + CLB 7 or more on all first official language abilities, one or more under 9
(Maximum 25 points) Points for foreign work experience + CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities
(Maximum 50 points)
No foreign work experience 0 0
1 or 2 years of foreign work experience 13 25
3 years or more of foreign work experience 25 50

Any answers for this:
I have 3.5 Years experience in the US - with CLB being 9 on all abilities (L, R, W, S: 8, 7, 7, 7), I should have got 50 points for Skill Transferability on Foreign Experience. Any reason why I have got only 25?

It appears that your CLB9 on all four abilities was not recognized, which would explain the 25 points each awarded for both Education and Foreign Experience. If you did achieve 8-7-7-7 on the IELTS (with 8 being the band for Listening), your CLB9 on all four abilities should have been recognized. Are you certain you filled in IELTS section of the application form correctly? If you put 8 under anything other than Listening, you would fail to reach CLB9 on all four abilities (7 on Listening is only CLB7). You should double check the IELTS section of the application form.

Education: Masters (ECA Assessment done by WES)

I tried putting her as primary but it came out as ineligible (no proper reasons given). It could either be the IELTS scores or that I used my email address.

Yes, I checked again. CLB9+Bachelor=25 points seems correct.

So the only explanation of getting only 25 points on Employment is that the 3+years of experience has not been recognized. Double check that it's NOC 0, A, B and the dates are correctly entered (as mentioned above by ajithj).

Yes Ajith. It is continuous with no gaps. Apr 1, 2014 to Sep 4, 2018. I moved back to India just recently.

I have 396 Points now. That 25 should take me to 421 and increase the ITA likelihood. With 396, I don't stand a chance. And hence the concern.

What do you suggest?

Dude we are still in 2017. I don't know why you are mentioning 2018 in work experience end date???

You have made some mistake while entering data for work experience. There is no other reason for getting less points.
