Claimed points for the relatives, but they are moving during the process

Hi guys, I am confused with my situation, I've claimed the points for Canadian relatives, but they are moving to states for a job contract, during my process, but still they own a house in Canada and pay taxes. What I suppose to do know ??

Is that gonna be an issue ??
Please advice ??

Yes. But in order to create an EE profile in the FSWP stream, you must meet the FSW eligibility criteria, by scoring at least 67/100: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
