I will soon be eligible for Canadian Citizenship, I currently live in Quebec and got my permanent residency through express entry ( not nominated by any province) while living in Quebec.
Back then my intend was to leave Quebec and go to Alberta but following some personnal changes in my life I decided to stay in Quebec after all once I received my PR Card.
When I applied to PR through express entry I had explicitly told IRCC that I knew Quebec was not part of express entry and that I intended to settle elsewhere. I got my permanent residency and Pr card mailed to my Quebec adress without any issue, but since then I never moved out of Quebec I'm wondering if it will be a problem for me to get citizenship.
I've read conflictual information online between people stating that any PR is free to live wherever they want and the fact that this could also be interpreted as misrepresentation if IRCC looks it up during my citizenship application and find out I never left Quebec, I'm worried because some people are going as far as to say that I could basically be deported because of such thing.
The problem is that I can't find a single documented case of such thing happening aside from someone on a thread saying they've heard about someone who got PR through PNP and got citizenship denied because they moved out of their nominated province.
