What should be the primary purpose of WES evaluation? There are a few different categories being shown.
Should it be Employment or Immigration ?

Shall I show my WES certificate that I got during Canada PR to obtain TV visa?

Hi, can anyone please advise? I'm a Canadian citizen and looking for a job in US. Considering my experience I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get job as an engineer in US. I've done 3 year engineering polytechnic diploma in mechanical engineering from India after 10+2 grade. My questions 1. If any one has any experience or knowledge if I will have any issue in getting TN visa? 2. Do one has specify to CBP under which category/code# are you applying? 3. Does my education credential evaluation needs to say "Bachelor of engineer" or Diploma is fine? Any recommendations for which credential evaluation agency should I be using?

Hi all,

I am working for US based company in Canada. I am going to request the job transfer to US. I am hoping that if they transfer my job to US that I can move to US on TN visa to work in that job.
Before going ahead with the request I want to clarify about the TN visa.

My understanding was that the TN visa could be obtained at the border with an employment offer letter and won't need the involvement of the immigration department of the employer. Is this not the case?

If anyone who went through the TN visa process recently or going to try soon, please let me know.

Would anyone know of a Whatsapp group of people going for TN visa?
