applicants of may 2013 still waiting for test.
redstone, do we know on an average that most of the applicant of May 2013 and PRIOR have had their tests. So the next one will be for people May 2013 and after? Is that about right?

thats good information because a friend of mine who applied AUGUST 2012 had his test and oath on the dates you have indicated above... this would means that most likely people who applied between AUG 2012 to DEC 2012, had their tests and oath on the same days... summary: Saskatoon office waits for 4-5 months worth of people and have their tests done... if this is correct, the next set of test will be for people who applied MAY 2013 to AUG/SEPT 2013? and I think this will happen in January/Feb 2015... I expect mine in June 2015...

i have been waiting for test around 19 months. No R.Q.

one my friend applied in march 2013, he hasn't got test invite as well. i think it's gonna take 22-24 months to get test invite.

i will say still your timeline is faster considering you got RQ (that could have increased your timeline significantly).

My application was received in late may of 2013 and so far, no news on test (no RQ was issued).

I checked my ATIP and everything was normal.
UPDATE on my timeline:

Just received a letter last week and I'm taking my oathtaking on the 15th of January 2015. So 4 months after my exam and it took exactly 2 years for the whole process with RQ included. if without RQ, it could've been shorter.

Hello to all applicants from Saskatoon, :)

I sent in my application today 24th Dec with purolator and is expected to be in sydney on Tuesday 30th December as advised by Purolator. ;D

My my wife and 2 minor children applied in August and has been in process since November 6th. I couldn't send in my application with them due to a pending case in provincial court which concluded satisfactorily on December 23.

Unfortunately my family's application file after completion of initial review on December 4th has been sent to Program Support Unit (PSU) for final review. I believe this is to confirm parentage due to the fact that my children use my surname and my wife uses her birth surname. :(.

My wife and I have decided to be proactive and sent a letter with explanation on the surname as well as copy of my passport biographical page, my PR Card as well as my landing doc which states my children as well as my wife as my dependents when we immigrated to Canada in 2011 as Permanent Residents. We hope this will clear any issue CIC may have in regards to parentage part on their application and it can go back to normal processing.

My heart goes out to all applicants who have been waiting for updates and progress on their application, and I am hoping that with the new system in place our journey will be short and Saskatoon applicants will get their needful progress with their cases and they get finalized soon.

THREE ceremonies in Saskatoon in January - pretty good... Jan 12, Jan 15 and Jan 16... Is this normal or are they trying to catch up?
