I have been waiting for 14 months already! When can I expect to get the test?

My ecas updated than letters has been sent on November 5 to write citizenship test Nov 27. Although case has been filed from regina, test is in Saskatoon... seems unusual.

My timelines are

applied in 20 feb, 2013
letter of acknowledge at somewhere march
processing started at April 19, 2013

Got Rq on October 2, 2013
Rq submitted in 1st week of Nov,2013
test on Nov 27, 2014

By post too... but it reached really late on 14th but ecas is updated on 6th or 7th I believe...

You should get test in 3months with the current trend..

Need to wait 21 months for the test? that is a little bit slow!
People in Ontario wait 2-3 months,

From different peoples timeline for Saskatoon it looks like 18 months for test.
