not a clue... someone should go and ask those people after the oath. I would have but I have engagements.

3.We started processing your application on July 10, 2014.

Finally got the study book in September but no news on exam....from Saskatoon

nothing for saskatoon. we can see 6/7 oath dates in regina

Did anyone call CIC and sk office to ask what happen?
it is so slow here without any reason.
I guess local office are waiting, maybe waiting for collecting more people together to schedule test, am I right?

may be or may be not. may be they got too many application but not enough man power to look application. So many people moved from other provinces to SK to sponsor their family in 2009/2010, some of them were not Citizen, so they applied in SK in 2012/2012/2013. Also due to family sponsorship in SK , so many immigrant started coming from 2009-2011 who were eligible to apply in 2013/2014. aslo so many students moved to SK to get their PR in 2009/2010 who got their PR in SK & were eligible for Citizenship in 2013/2014( these students can apply after 2 years of PR as they resided in canada before PR).

So as per my knowledge too many application in 2013 & 2014 but CIC-SK doesnt have much man power to handle all cases. May be they are noticing this high volume now & will inform soon to CIC-Federal to get more man power as they will get more & more application for their PNP program.

But it is weird that no one applied after Mar/Apr 2013 got test, it seems like quite after that.
if there is a lot of applicants, it should be very easy to collect enough people to schedule a test, maybe every month or every 2-3 weeks.
I don't know what they are waiting for.
