My ATIP said that in my case the RQ was no longer necessary, and I received it about two weeks ago, so I suspect that the documents I sent satisfied their requirements, and I suspect that is the reason why I was called for the exam, I also suspect the CSIS clearance was done as well.

I have read that in some cases the oath ceremony came only FIVE days after the exam....

This is my timeline:
Applied - 2012 December
In process - 2013 January
PQ - 2013 August
Test - 2014, February 13 - St. Clair
Waiting for Oath :)

No, I was told after 2 to 4 months, as everybody else in the room :( :(
But I understand from the forum that in St. Clair there is no Oath ceremonies, our files have to be transferred to the local offices (in mine case Scarborough) and to be approved by CJ (which is more or less formal).
Do you know why there are no scheduled Oath ceremonies in Scarborough after 8 of March?

The test was very easy. It is enough to red the book and to do some internet tests.
