Citizenship Test for 14 Year old minor

Hi all, I'm a July 2020 Applicant. I applied with my minor child who is 14 years old. Today I logged into my account and was excited to see an invitation to take the test after November 15. I logged into my child's account to see if there was an update and was surprised to see an invitation to take the test for her. I was of the belief that minors under 18 do not have to take the test.

Any recent applicants have any experience with this. Thank you.

In the test invitation letter they say if you are less than 18 or older than 55 when you signed the application, and received an invitation to contact an email address they provide. So, if she received a test invitation, email them on the specified email.

Update to my situation. I have received the email with the invitation to take the online test, I didn't receive one for my daughter even though on her tracker it shows up.

Is this normal??
