Citizenship processing time versus Province

I want to check if processing time is depending on the province where you live?
Any idea?

This factor might help which province to land in.

I don't believe so. CIC website is pretty general and doesn't mention processing times. It's probably because of the fact that you're applying for citizenship of the country, which is handled by country government, not provincial. However other factors might change time lines including your unique situation, processing center, etc.
