July 2022 -- arrived on spousal pr in canada (she got her PCC from India in Sep 2021 for her PR application)
Stayed in canada continously and went to India for 40 days in Jan-feb 2025
According to all rules which I can see for paper based application, she doesn't need a PCC...Can you confirm that you , your known ones or your clients have done this and it all worked out fine ? I mean applying without PCC...Indian PCC is notorious and very hard to get as it takes about 2 - 2.5 months ( I personally needed to get 1 for my citizenship application as stayed in India continuously for 9 months during covid)..However my wife has only standed in India continuously from Aug 2021 to July 2022..10 months which is her contry of origin and right before her landing in Canada..so she should be safe in applying without it ? Shall I attach the old pcc in optional documents category online ? Thank you for all the help!
