My family members have been scheduled for citizenship oath. One of the the dependent is a minor under 18. In the oath invitation letter, it asks about two pieces of ID. The foreign passport of the minor has expired and we did not renew the passport as there were no plans for travel outside Canada. The passport was still valid when we applied for citizenship.
We still have the valid PR card, valid health card (without photo).
Has someone gone through such scenario and did someone encounter any issues during oath?
