Citizenship oath done but no update

It shows Oct 14th on the envelope stamp. So it wasn't mailed last month as the IRCC helpline said.
The time local office mentioned it will take 4-6 weeks which is what it actually took.

Hi, You will see one last update: "Application closed - Congratulations you are now a canadian citizen". For me it happened 16 days after my oath.

found in my mail this morning my certificate. oath was administered by judge in winnipeg on sept22 but my certificate came from edmonton. sent on oct15. finally i can now proceed with passport application! thank God!
