citizenship is Indian, but live in Philippine, can apply SDS?

Hello, I am so confuse about the wording of SDS on the website, who isnt eligible for SDS. it said:

1. If you live anywhere other than 1 of the countries listed above (even if you’re a citizen of one of the countries above), you must apply through the regular study permit application process.
2. If you live in another country (even if you’re a citizen of one of the countries above), or if you don’t meet the eligibility for faster processing, you may still be eligible for a study permit through the regular study permit application process.

SO my situation is : my citizenship is Indian, but live in Philippine now, can apply SDS? or only apply with regular study permit?

Unfortunately, No you cannot apply under SDS. You have to be physically present in India.

Can I apply for SDS in Pilippine?
