17 days for me. No news
My agent was very cold towards me. He didn't even look at me and he just looked at his computer. How's yours? Was she friendly?

Mine was friendly and kind. She was smiling eventhou a little bit strict but at the end when i asked her if it went well she said yes.
Hopefully will go well for all of us

The email you provided for your application

I mean to ask from which email-id we receive the interview email to us (of course 'To' will be whatever email id that we provided in the application)?

Is it the same email id that we received test invite from local office or any generic email-id that they use for sending interview emails?

Hi all, I got interview request 4 months after my test.Do you know how is it and why may be requested even though they asked for passport copies separately?I am also wondering if I can have the online interview while I am outside the country,I didn't see anywhere mentioning about if we are outside the country for the interview unlike for the test or oath.
Hi were you able to do the interview outside of the country?

Thanks for the response. Can you also please share your processing office? I've seen someone in this thread say their request to do it outside was denied.

Also have you had your oath as yet (just trying to gauge if being outside canada impacts the processing time. I did my test since October last year (from outside of the country) and have been wondering if this has impacted my processing time.

I have received an email invitation for an interview right after notification came on application tracker. The email says Interview will take place on June 8th and the time is 1AM. I have sent an email to confirm if there is a typo with no response and tried to call but call center drop anytime you chose live agent option. Whom do you reach out at this point?

What timezone?

Doesn’t specify time zone. I am in Toronto and my file is at Mississauga IRCC so I would assume EST. Here is what it says “Event time and date: 2022-06-08 (yyyy/mm/dd) at 1:00 AM”
should be 10:00 am or 1:00 pm. definitely a typo.

Hi,

However you translate the time, you still end up in the midnight and early morning or late night timings. No office sends invite, asking the time zone to translate , so it could be a typo, could be 11 am or 10 am EST where 1 or 0 was missing typo, or 1 PM where AM to PM typo . No officer will do a overnight meeting.

Best way to reach out ....

A) Reply to the visa office where your file is being reviewed ( unless you have not received any emails from the office)

B) Call the IRCC hot line, difficult to reach out someone, but keep trying.

C) I always used Twitter, they help mostly.
Do not include personal info and file info. Send a generic tweet with interview time. They will suggest how to proceed.

You must get a clarification from the IRCC or your local visa office. Get answers from the appropriate authorities.
