But in the online guide (Step 1 Gather documents) it says that the ID Should show child’a name and date of birth. School ID’s through life touch don’t have the students birthdate on it.

Sorry I did not see your post carefully. You need to get the school index card from the school and this is an acceptable ID proof. It has name, date of birth and all relevant details.
