I have exam next week I don't have time to read whole book. If I just do practice tests online, then it's enough to get 15/20. I don't want 20/20. Any suggestions please and thanks

You've had plenty of time leading up to this point. Read the book and properly prepare for the test. Don't take this lightly, you spent money and time to get to this point. Read through the book as much as you can. Nothing else is going to prepare you better than this since all questions are based on the book.

The test is easy if you prepare for it. You should find the time for a couple of hours to read the book at least once. It will prove useful.
