@Rahul Ram well, just wait for the new ID before you make the correction. It's nothing urgent. IRCC mostly communicates by email after all, only the fingerprint request is done by snail mail, and since it's only the unit number, the letter would still make it to your lobby if sent by the time you send the correction or the time it takes IRCC to see it...

I just corrected my address. So you want me to send the new ID by waiting 14 days ? Or just upload the temporary ID?
Regardless which web options should I choose ? Updating contact information or Provide additional documents. Updating the contact information doesn't have an option to upload the documents.

Can i attach temporary driver's licence with it as a supporting document.
Because it might take 14 days to receive the driver's licence.

As @Seym suggested wait for the driving license and then use this - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

It allows you to upload doc too.

Unit Number change wont have impact. Actual address change results in processing office change which may cause delay.

Hey. I am bit concerned now as the time goes. What if I get my citizenship before that. I only have LPP left and ceremony left. I am waiting for a bill to generate so that I can change my address in driver's licence. It might take 20+ days for me to get hold of that drivers licence for put my unit number in driver's license and attach it to a web form for correction. I live a student home. Is it a big concern ? Or misrepresentation of any sort for not pitting unit number ?

Relax and stop stressing over nothing.
You've already been told it's no big deal, and the answer is not gonna change. If you want a lawyer to tell you the same, feel free to spend the money.

Also, since you spoke about what happens if you get your citizenship before you do the address change : 2 thibgs...
1) you get to celebrate the end of your journey.
2) you get your certificate electronically or its handed to you directly during an in person ceremony, so who cares what the address was.
