Is there any phone number to contact IRCC for the status of my Citizenship certificate? I need to travel in the next two weeks and I have not received the certificate yet. It has been already two weeks passed since my Oath ceremony.

I would appreciate if you can send me the relevant phone number to contact them for the certificate status.

Nope. "Closed" means they have accepted your oath form and your file has been sent for certificate printing. Mailing depends on when they actually print and mail your batch of certificates.

I received the certificate today thru regular canada post mail, envelope is stamped April 19th.
I’m surprised that it came so fast. My ceremony was conducted by Calgary office and I also live in Calgar

I think it came so quick cause the ceremony took place in same city like me.
They mailed the certificate on the 19th today is 20th.
Monday, April 11th was ceremony and Old ecas turned to complete on 13th (Wednesday) and i believe they must have printed it on that day or next day 14th.
April 15, 16, 17, 18 were holidays/off.

There is no such thing as an electronic certificate. That person was mistaken

Hi. I took mine with Niagra April 19th and my tracker still shows in progress even though I requested for urgent processing of certificate. Ecas shows complete yesterday. Did you check ecas status?

Niagara office Oath was on April 19 and ECAS changed to “complete“ today.

my New tracker is also in process but ECAS updated to Complete today.
