@leviathan_55 - It was more relaxed setting however I was anxious as you can understand.I got there 30 mins earlier than the time mentioned on the letter along with 2 of my guests.
Guests will be asked to go to the ceremony room first. Then they asked the applicants to line up,an officer checked if the 2 documents are signed (Oath letter/media info and the prohibitions forms) , then you go to one of the counters to check the invite and ID's+PR Card. They will take your PR Card right there, then give your assigned seat number to sit in the ceremony room. You will go to the ceremony room after that and do the rest of the process. The certificate will be issued to you individually by the judge in the order you were seated. It was a very moving event for me emotionally and I had pictures/videos taken by my spouse and friend who accompanied me - I suggest having a guest with you.
It took me 1.5 hrs from the time on the letter to exit from the building i.e. 10-11:30 am.
I signed my documents when I got into the waiting room before lining up.
Hope this helps and good luck
