Citizenship Application - Online/Paper & Standard/Urgent

Hello all,

I will appreciate your feedback for the following:

1. Which option will process faster, to submit citizenship application online or paper by mail. note that I am in Nova Scotia.
2. I am discussing a job opportinity aboard whihch I hope to get it, is a job offer from international company outside Canad will help for faster process in case I choose to mark the application (Urgent) or to submit the application standard.

These days it seems paper applications are being processed quicker

1. Which option will process faster, to submit citizenship application online or paper by mail. note that I am in Nova Scotia. { So far paper Application are faster compared to the online, but you never know IRCC mood and updates due to the backlog they have with applications.}
2. I am discussing a job opportinity aboard whihch I hope to get it, is a job offer from international company outside Canad will help for faster process in case I choose to mark the application (Urgent) or to submit the application sstandard. { This clause will not get any urgent processing, it will be denied, many left Canada during the process in other forums considering better opportunity against citizenship} Canadian job opportunity which requires a citizenship will have a better chances to get approved for the urgent processing.
