Hello,

Just wanted to update. I had test/interview yesterday, got 19/20. I read discover guide 3 times and did a few online practice test. Interview was OK. Officer checked passport stamps and photocopied driver's license, health card and PR card. Also, corrected a date I entered Canada on the residence calculator which she said it wasn't a big day (only one day off). She asked about work history. I had put self employed for some time frame and she corrected as it was more like contract jobs. She said that the process takes 12 months but we might get oath invitation next month or the month after. That's all.

Today ecas showed "Decision Made" only in the front page. No new line added. Hopefully will get oath soon.

Good luck everyone.

Thank you!

No, she did not. She only asked for passports, PR card, Health card, and Drivers license. I had originals of all documents submitted with the application but she did not ask us for it.

Something else I wanted to add for those who are self employed and have a company registered, it would be wise to have your business license with you in case they want to verify your work history. I did not have it with me but I had my trade license ID with me and that was good enough for her.

My advice would be to have originals of any document you submitted or anything you mention in your application. I overheard a couple that did not have some translation and the officer gave them 30 days to submit it. Which is ok, but it will delay the application.

Hope this helps.

Hi All,

I got the test invite on Jan 4 and I did the exam today Jan 22. I got 20/20 the officer said Congratulations for the score then the officer said everything seems to be ok, but he will review the application for one more time and if he needed any document he will send me a mail within 2 to 3 weeks and if I didn't receive anything during this period I should assume that my application was accepted and I should wait for the oath invitation. He said the same thing to the person before me.

I am soo scared that they might ask for RQ or PPQ
