Received AoR today.

Can't check status online just yet. Does anyone know if there is a lag between receiving AoR and when the status appears on ECAS? Also, if I choose Client ID Number as Identification Type, should I enter the numbers with a hyphen, or without?
You can wait for 1 to 2 days before getting access to Ecas, you don't have to put the hyphen.

Does every applicant required to finger print? I am not aware of it . Where to go for finger print ? Any charges ?

Hi All,

Please update my profile in the spreadsheet

Application sent : JULY 31, 2017
Received by CIC : AUG 2, 2017
AOR Received : Sep 11, 2017
Type : Single
Physical presence : 1600
Location : Toronto

I can access ECAS now and see my application status. There is a bit of an issue though.

On my Citizenship application, I did not put a mailing address (I wrote down N/A on the application form), cause it's the same as my home address. My home address is showing up correctly on ECAS, but the mailing address there is the mailing address that I used to have when I applied for Permanent Residency 5+ years ago. That mailing address is obviously not valid anymore.

This appears to be a glitch in IRCC's system. Anyone else experience this? Should I try changing my address via ECAS, or should I wait till Monday morning and phone their Call Center?

Hi Swahid,

You can just change it on ecas. I had the same issue, you can change it on ecas and it will take 5 business days to see actually the change online.
Michael

Thanks for the info Michael. I've changed it on ECAS. I'll give them a call if I still can't see the actual change online after 5-odd business days.
