Is it possible to apply for your citizenship if you think that you meet RO despite your PR renewal being in secondary review?

Yes it is possible to apply for citizenship if you meet RO despite your PR renewal being in secondary review.

I applied Citizenship when my PR application was under secondary review my test was scheduled fast but now facing delay in my citizenship oath.
