Citizenship Application and Son turning 18

We will soon be working on filing application for Citizenship including kids. However, my son will be turning 18 years old after 45 days of sending Citizenship Application.

Will my son be considered under parents application?

Does my son have to submit a separate application?

If you apply before he turns 18, his age is locked in and he will go under your application.

He will be fine, They only look at the current which is on paper not what happens after.
