You need to submit the proof ,
Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program – General Test (CELPIP-G) or General (Listening and Speaking) Test (CELPIP-G LS) 4 or higher (up to 12) in listening and speaking
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) training test 4.0 or higher in speaking and 4.5 or higher in listening

You can also use your expired IELTS certificate which u inculded in your immigration application.
Hope this help

Where do i give General Test?
You can go for a CELPIP General test , it is cheaper than IELTS & only listening and speaking, you need just the basic results, if u think u need some preparations before then go for that first.
