I am an outland applicant. I received my EP+UCI on 11th August, 2015. When should I expect for Medical Request(in days)?

CIO recieved my application on 10th june, 2015

I just received the Acknowledge of Receipt from my VISA OFFICE, New Delhi IMMIGRATION

Application sent to CIO= 10th June, 2015
EP + UCI from CIO = 11th August, 2015
Acknowledgement of receipt from VO = 26th August, 2015

What is next? Can anyone please guide me?

Please i need your help; someone got the processing fee draft for me from a Canadian bank but didn't fill the draft but filled only the payment form. When i told him he said it didn't matter since we filled the payment form. The package had already been sent.
Is there anything you think i can do about it?Don't you think they can return the package? Please respond. Thanks.

Nothing to worry my friend. It is very normal for Ottawa to have some backlog because just think about the number of inlander apply for their PR in local visa office. May be hundred of thousands

On the other hand, just think how many Outland applicant can get chance to apply for Canadian PR!!! Jusssttt a few... On top of that they got different visa office for processing. That's why it is faster.

Hope so, Ottawa aswell would start sharing their inlanders application with other visa offices to make faster processing and eliminate backlog.

I'm pretty sure that outland applicants are applying under Express Entry since Jan, 2015. Or do you guys think that regular PR application is still open for outlanders? There is no statistics on how many outland applicants got PR through Express Entry.

My friend,
At the moment, you can't do anything about it and nobody really knows what will happen next because CIC is the only one who can decide to accept or return your application. Because you already have sent your application and you can't do anything about it, I suggest you just don't think about that anymore and assume they will accept that without any problem but you must keep it in mind that it is possible they return it back to you.

I hope your application pass this this level without any problem

Hi Teju,

You don't have to fill up anything in the draft itself. when bank issue a draft they must have to filled up all the details for example pay to (CIC) , payee (your name) your address, CIC address. I have applied last year as FSWP with draft and I didnt filled up anything in the draft. I had just filled up the form only. Unfortunately my application came back because of cap filled for NOC 2174. But my application indeed passed through initial review. so if there were any problem it should have come back because of payment issue.

You dont have to worry about it. I guaranteeing you 100% that Your file will not come back for payment issue. So Relax.

It seems like CIC stop giving Medical request on initial stage of PR for Inland applicant as i submit my application on June 4 and received my AOR on August 17 but after that there is no update. I have my few friend with same timeline and they also waiting for Medical request.

Anyone have any idea about how much time it will take Medical request.
