From two weeks ago observation, I think AOR can come anytime and there isn't any defined time pattern for it.

All PNP application numbers start with "EP" and the email that is coming from CIO and contains UCI and application number is called EP AOR! ;D

The current time frame for getting EP AOR for Inland applications: 75 - 80 Days & Outland applications: 55 - 65 days after received date by CIO.
