Last news means everybody should say goodbye to XEP AOR because there won't be any XEP AOR in the future!
The reason is: CIO has a 8 - 10 weeks normal processing time in its workflow for processing received applications. Because of the very high volume of FSW2014 received applications in last quarter of 2014, CIO couldn't keep that 8 - 10 weeks processing time and for October, November & December 2014 received files, it took 4 - 5 months processing time to receive their EP AOR and because of that many of applicants tried to contact CIO to get updated information about their applications after 10 weeks defined time. In this situation, CIO made a solution to prevent applicants from contacting and inquiring their files. CIO just started to send XEP after 2 months to tell applicant: Don't contact us, Everything is OK and you must wait more to receive your EP & UCI number!
Now after 5 months passed from 2015, they just finished their received backlog files and then they easily eliminated XEP and they can easily send EP in their defined 8 weeks time frame and from now applicants can expect to receive EP in the first contact from CIO.

P.S: But it is possible that the LAST XEP batch come out these days and after that there won't be any XEP AOR!, because as we can see, they have sent EP AOR for 10 April and then for 1 MAY in the last days and for 14 April to 30 April applicants there wasn't any XEP or EP AORs and it means there should be another (Last) XEP batch these days and it will be for 14 APRIL to 30 APRIL applications. In that situation CIO will start to send out EP for those applications immediately in the next days.
