Did you pass eligibility? And when did you apply for CEC?

OP applied in April 2013 and as stated above their eligibility hasn't been assessed.

What status is your application? Did the notes give anymore detail?

ECAS changed on March 26 from application received to in process.
According to GCMS note, eligibility has been passed on March 26.
My application package was sent to Ottawa on April 2, arrived in Ottawa on April 8.

Got my GCMS today. Just to give you some info
I applied on 18th Feb
status changed to inprocess on 10th Apr

GCMS says
1) Eligibility = Passed
2) Security = Not started
3) Criminality = In process
4) Medical = Not started

So what does that mean? Is there any conclusion based on this data?

Only that its a good sign. Assuming criminality is clear you should get your mr after next review. What do your extended notes say re eligibility?

Yea...was your eligibility done at CIO or CPPO? Quite interested. Thanks for sharing!

Received my notes. Eligibility passed...

In the notes section it basically says I appear to meet all the requirements (it mentions them) and then says ref. letter hasn't been checked so my file has been sent to Ottawa for further assessment. I'm assuming most of us 2013 apps who have in-process are in the same position.

Based on this info, we really aren't much further forward than any other applicant! - excluding 2174 apps! ;)

To those who are in process and gcms notes so eligibility passed... Do the notes at the end say anything about file going to CPPO for ref. letter to be verified / decision to be made?

my eligibility is ``recommend passed`` and is already in CPP-O. Education requirement: met, language req. met and work experience requirements met according to what was written on the notes. The VO made the following comments at the end:
work experience: assessed under student stream, CEC qualifying period 17th august 2010- 17th august 2012. According to schedule 8; NOC 3233 declared, registered practical nurse for ....... and .........
letters from ....... confirms dates and hours worked. PA worked an average of 24hrs per week as a Registered practical nurse since dec 2010which meets the CEC requirements-job duties appears to conform to NOC. letters in support of further employment confirms the dates and lists duties which conform to NOC. 2011 NOA T4, and paystubs confirmed salary earned during the stated period. supporting documents Appeared sufficient to demonstrate required experience in this NOC code. language: IELTS submitted, meets benchmarks for work experience at this level. Education: Canadian credential granted. practical nursing; ..... college. Transcript appears sufficient to demonstrate at least 2 yrs FTE studies in Canada. criminality: PA RCMP screening - No reportable trace- Docs received for PA: police check from......, no additional docs required at this time.

IT didn't say anything other than this. I still don't know why I haven't received MR after all this. might be the strike.
