I am inland applicant and my family is in Manila. I already received EP and UCI, How do I know what VISA office is processing my application? Did not received any File transfer E-Mail and only receiving Email from Sydney CIO

Most of Inland applications go to Ottawa visa office. You will receive your File Transfer Email within 21 days after your AOR date.

What did they mention in your nomination letter(2 or 3 file attachment links they sent to you with nomination email)? Did you receive instruction on how you can get your work permit with your nomination or not?

No I didn't find any work permit advise with my nomination email.
In the attached nomination copy i found the category is:
Provincial Category:
SINP Category
International Skilled Worker.
Nothing more than that. What can I do now?? really worried about it.

Don't worry, Your nomination is OK. because when you applied in without job offer category then you shouldn't have any instruction on how to get work permit with your nomination! I saw in a very rare cases, SINP send work permit instruction to without job offer nominations and it can make trouble in the CIC level.
But your nomination is OK.

Hi,
In most cases local visa offices send File Transfer emails but in some cases they don't. As I know Ottawa send file transfer emails as well.

For Inland applicants it will take more time to get EP AOR email. you should wait a little more.

Don't worry, Your nomination is OK. because when you applied in without job offer category then you shouldn't have any instruction on how to get work permit with your nomination! I saw in a very rare cases, SINP send work permit instruction to without job offer nominations and it can make trouble in the CIC level.
But your nomination is OK.

No, there isn't any indication for Without job offer category after nomination and inside nomination lettre. Where did you exactly see your nomination is belong to job offer category?
I am also belong to without job offer category and after nomination it is only showing "Application nominated" inside OASIS (New website)

I just sent you email in your gmail inbox with my OASIS print screen. I don't know how come you find your application without showing any category in the left most corner.

It may happen two times in the whole process, first when your file is "IN PROCESS" in your province and before issuing nomination they may contact your employer and the next one could be happen at local visa office level when your file's status change from "Application received" to "In Process". Immigration officer may ask you to provide some extra education or work documents and it is possible they contact your employer to verify your current work.
